Sales Account Executives
Hydro Cleansing are currently looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and experienced Sales Account Executives to join our vibrant team in the Croydon area.
Hydro-Cleansing Ltd (HCL) a leading provider of Environmental Services in London and the South East, offering a fast, responsive and highly effective service including CCTV drainage inspection and surveying, drain and sewer maintenance, waste management, confined space and emergency response
Reporting to: Team Leader
The Sales Account Executive position is a client facing sales role. The emphasis is on high volume calls to a large client database.
Tasks for the Role
Your role will be to build and maintain client relationships through an ongoing customer cycle using our in-house CRM system.
Maintain accurate customer records
Maintain effective relationships with each Company Department
Ensure the best level of communications, service and response for Clients at all times
To achieve targeted sales performance in regards to a set minimum number of appointments in order to generate new business and grow for the Companies customer base
To achieve targeted a set minimum amount of outbound dials or duration
To achieve targeted a set minimum amount of revenue brought in
Personal responsibility for your quality of work, consistency of work and leadership, adherence to the channels of communication, personal financial results, product and technical knowledge, punctuality, presentation and personal goal setting
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Proven track records in achieving sales results.
Job Type and Remuneration:
- Full-time, Permanent
- £18-20k Basic Salary
- Uncapped commission
- 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- 28 days’ annual leave including bank/public holidays
